A plant planning autoclave production process plant planning project

The customer’s site covers an area of approximately 900 square meters, with plans to layout two autoclave-based production process workshops within the site.
The site is planned to include a cold storage room, a constant temperature and humidity warehouse, a clean room (comprising a lay-up area and a blanking area), a mold storage area, an autoclave molding area, an area to be processed by autoclaves, a mold demolding area, an area to be demolded, an oven area, a drying chamber, a cutting and trimming area, an engraving machine processing area, and a bonding room. The overall layout is rational and comprehensive.
