Planning project for a carbon fiber unmanned aerial vehicle production line in a certain factory building

Retop, in response to the customer’s specific need of planning two autoclave-based production process workshops within their approximately 3,500-square-meter site, provides a personalized process production line solution. The solution configures for the customer a cold storage room, a constant temperature and humidity warehouse, a clean room (comprising a lay-up area and a blanking area), a mold storage area (with cleaning, maintenance, and waxing functions), another mold storage area, an autoclave molding area, an area to be processed by autoclaves, a spray booth, a drying chamber, a bonding room, a work-in-progress (WIP) area, a non-conforming product area, a conforming product area, and a CNC machining area. This layout accurately meets production needs and is rational and comprehensive.
