High-Efficiency Dust Removal + Safety & Explosion-Proof! The Auxiliary Function Room Project Has Been Successfully Launched

        Recently, Retop (Qingdao) Industrial Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed the "CRRC Molding — Rail Transit Carbon Fiber Composite Structural Parts Production Base Project — Auxiliary Function Room Project". Focusing on production process requirements, the project provides a compliant, safe, and efficient operating environment for the R&D and production of high-performance fibers and composite materials at the base, with a design service life of 10 years, further solidifying the foundation for the base's production capacity guarantee.

        The completed auxiliary function rooms cover core functional areas including Intermediate Warehouse, Side-Suction Grinding Room, Down-Suction Grinding Room, Base Material Grinding Room, Curing Room, Liquid Molding Room, Felt Cutting Room, Resin Mixing Room, Gel Coat Spraying Room, and Bonding Room.        Meanwhile, it is equipped with supporting services such as waste gas treatment units, electrical systems, and functional room decoration. All areas strictly comply with national and industry standards, accurately matching CRRC Molding's production scenario requirements:

  • Safety and Compliance First:All functional rooms are equipped with explosion-proof lamps and combustible gas/dust concentration detectors. The electrical system complies with the Code for Design of Electrical Installations in Explosive Atmospheres. Key areas such as grinding rooms and gel coat spraying rooms are additionally equipped with explosion relief devices, spark detection systems, and fire sprinkler systems, eliminating potential safety hazards from the source.
  • Precise Environmental Control:Intermediate Warehouse, Liquid Molding Room, and other areas achieve constant temperature control (≥18℃ in winter and ≤30℃ in summer). The Bonding Room maintains an environment of 15-30℃, 30-75% RH, and micro-positive pressure. The Curing Room supports program-controlled temperature (ambient temperature - 150℃) with a temperature fluctuation of ±1℃, ensuring process stability.
  • Efficient Environmental Protection Treatment:The supporting waste gas treatment system adopts two-stage activated carbon adsorption technology with an air volume of 40000m³/h. Waste gas emissions meet the Level 2 standards of the Integrated Emission Standards for Air Pollutants (GB16297), and the height of the high exhaust pipe is ≥15 meters. An environmental monitoring platform is simultaneously installed to realize green production.
  • Intelligent and Convenient Operation:Each functional room adopts PLC + touch screen intelligent control, enabling real-time monitoring of key parameters such as temperature, humidity, and air volume, as well as data recording and query. The exhaust system of grinding rooms can be started/stopped in sections or adjusted by frequency conversion, balancing efficiency and energy conservation.

        The completion of this project not only provides a standardized operating space meeting process requirements for the base's production but also helps improve the efficiency of R&D and production of high-performance fiber composite materials through the integrated design of safety protection, environmental control, and intelligent operation and maintenance. In the future, the project will continue to provide stable support for the high-quality development of CRRC Molding's base, promoting technological application and capacity upgrading in the industry.
