High-Efficiency Dust Removal + Modular Intelligence! The Dust Removal & Grinding Workshop Project Has Been Successfully Launched

        Recently, the dust removal and grinding workshop project constructed by Retop (Qingdao) Industrial Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. for Jiangsu Linghang Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd. has been successfully completed. The equipment will be specially used for dust collection and treatment during operations such as grinding, cutting, and honeycomb foam processing of aircraft composite parts, fortifying a dual line of defense for "environmental protection + safety" for high-precision aviation composite material processing.

        The core highlights of the project focus on three key needs — "efficiency, flexibility, and safety", accurately matching aviation composite material processing scenarios:

  • Modular Design for Flexible Adaptation to Production Needs:The entire dust removal and grinding unit consists of 10 assembled modules (single module size: W1143×D1214×H4000mm). The wall panels on both sides are detachable, supporting the addition of new modules or combination adjustments as needed in the later stage. The working area is 12 meters long and 3.5 meters wide, equipped with movable partitions, which can operate independently in separate areas or as a whole to adapt to the processing of workpieces of different sizes.
  • Ultra-High Dust Removal Efficiency with Guaranteed Emission Compliance:Adopting special filter cartridges (Φ350×660mm), the filtration efficiency for dust above 0.5 microns is ≥99.99%, and the service life of the filter cartridges exceeds 8000 hours. The air flow per meter in the working area is ≥8500m³/h, combined with a differential pressure automatic ash cleaning system (supporting automatic/manual/shutdown three cleaning modes), ensuring no dust accumulation. The dust concentration in the workshop complies with the "Occupational Exposure Limits for Hazardous Factors in the Workplace" (GBZ2-2007), and the emission meets the "Integrated Emission Standards for Air Pollutants" (GB16297-1996).
  • Full-Scenario Safety Protection Meeting Aviation Processing Standards:Core components of the equipment are explosion-proof and anti-static treated — equipped with a 5.5KW EBM Papst explosion-proof fan, Xinliming explosion-proof lighting lamps, and overheating and overload protection devices. The overall noise is ≤80dB (A) (the fan is equipped with a sound insulation box, and the air outlet is equipped with a muffler), which not only ensures production safety but also improves the employee operating environment.
  • Intelligent and Convenient Operation & Maintenance to Reduce Management Costs:Adopting the Siemens SMART 200 PLC fully automatic control system, it real-time monitors the working status of the filter and supports manual/automatic dual-mode control. It is equipped with 6 movable workbenches (2m×1.1m specification) and 10 sets of 10-meter air reels + pneumatic grinders, meeting the needs of multi-station simultaneous operations. Maintenance personnel can operate independently after training.

        In addition, the project provides a comprehensive after-sales support system: covering the full-cycle quality assurance of the equipment, rapid fault response and disposal, as well as supporting long-term technical support and cost-effective spare parts supply services, fully safeguarding the long-term stable operation of the equipment.

        The completion of this dust removal and grinding workshop will effectively solve the dust pollution problem in the composite material processing of Jiangsu Linghang Aircraft Industry.
