Bottom-suction Spray Booth
Bottom-suction Spray Booth: a dedicated composite coating unit for efficient, clean operations. With heavy-duty work surface and adjustable airflow, it suits components of varied sizes/configurations, boosting uniform paint adhesion. Linked to a downward-sinking pollutant module, it quickly treats pollutants, balancing safety and environmental compliance. Ideal for aerospace/automotive protective coating, it’s a key link between component processing and product finalization.
▌ Process Principle
By utilizing a ventilation system installed beneath the floor grate plates, a uniform and stable vertical layer of airflow that moves steadily downward is created within the chamber. This airflow pushes the overspray paint mist and volatile gases generated during painting directly downward, preventing their uncontrolled dispersion into the air. Consequently, these pollutants pass through the grated floor and are directed into the paint mist treatment system and exhaust purification units.
